Flowering Tomato Pendant as seen in Heather Powers' new book Jewelry Designs from Nature. Celebrating nature in the veggie garden, this pendant depicts a tomato plant in bloom. The elegant flowers gracefully adorn this pendant and will later be a delicious treat in our summer salads. Pendant is handmade from earthenware ceramic clay. The image is hand painted and then gloss glazed on both side. The stringing loop is made from high temp wire and is fused into the clay during the glaze firing.
